We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled BDE to join our fast-growing team at Dipole Tech Innovations OPC Pvt Ltd. The BDE plays a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic planning and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion and success of the company.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1) Research and identify potential clients or partners to expand the company’s client base.
2) Deliver accurate and relevant information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers as requested.
3) Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means.
4) Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5) Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and propose solutions that align with their goals.
6) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
7) Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
8) Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
9) Participate in meetings, presentations, and events to promote the company’s products or services.
10) Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to support business objectives.

1) Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.

4) Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
5) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
