Responsibilities :
1) Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and meet or exceed sales targets.
2) Identify target customer profiles and conduct research to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
3) Utilize a variety of marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising, to generate leads.
4) Create compelling and optimized landing pages, lead capture forms, and call-to-action (CTA) elements to maximize lead conversions.
5) Implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage and educate prospects throughout the buyer’s journey, using marketing automation tools.
6) Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, including lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and content, to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
8) Generate regular reports and provide insights on lead generation performance to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other lead management software.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
